I recently had a ear cleaning session with Lisa. I could hardly hear because of wax buildup. I have to say every thing about that visit was entirely professional. A quick phone call booked the appointment and she turned up at my home a few hours later on time. Lisa examined my ears & explained what she found and what she was going to do to rectify that. She is a lady with a great deal of knowledge & expertise. Less than 20 minutes later it was all done without any pain. I could hear perfectly again. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone needing information or treatment for ear related problems.

Lisa came out to remove decades of build up wax in my Mum's ears. She was very professional, kind and caring. She put Mum at ease by explaining the process before it started and did a great job. Some of Mum's hearing has improved which is awesome at 94 years of age.

On a recent holiday from interstate I was unfortunate to suffer a blocked ear - it was so annoying that I sought to have it looked at immediately . Lisa was recommended to me by a family member and I was in luck as she was available .
