Our team of experienced and qualified Audiologists are committed to providing quality and compassionate care to our patients. We provide a range of options depending on the needs of each individual patient including micro-suction, curettage and gentle irrigation. You won't find any high pressure syringing or ear candling here!

Meet our Founder and Senior Audiologist
Lisa Summers is the founder and owner of Hear Fresh, a well respected home visiting, ear wax management practice serving the communities of Pakenham, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Officer, Clyde North and surrounding suburbs.
Lisa Summers is an experienced Audiologist having worked in the diagnostic and rehabilitation areas of clinical audiology for nearly 17 years. Lisa continues to work within a thriving audiology practice in the Pakenham area but saw a gap in the market for professional ear wax management conducted by Qualified Audiologists.
Lisa is an Audiology Australia Accredited Audiologist and well known around Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer and Pakenham for practicing gold standard patient care with a genuine passion and focus on getting to know her patients.
Lisa is a proud local, having lived in the Berwick and Upper Beaconsfield area for most of her life. In her 'spare' time Lisa is a busy wife, mother of two and Thermomix Consultant with a passion for gluten free cooking after her daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease. She is also the proud Mum of six Nigerian Dwarf goats and too many chickens to count!

Our mission statement
Hear Fresh came about when Founder Lisa Summers noticed a significant lack of services in the Pakenham/Berwick area offering best practice wax management services. Through her work in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, patients were regularly seeking advice regarding wax removal and with no local services, Hear Fresh was born.
